One small frustration in Magento is that there are several places where your stores physical address is stored and then pulled from to be inserted in to things such as your footer, contact us page, and invoice.

Sales & Invoicing

When you complete a sale through Magento, an invoice is rendered.  A handy feature, your invoice is “printed” to a PDF.  If you are experiencing a print error, please see my last post regarding that issue here.

Your logo and address are set at the top of your invoice.  Below are the steps to access the area through the Admin backend of Magento to change your logo and mailing address.

Open Magento admin panel. Navigate to System -> Configuration -> SALES -> Sales

Select the dropdown titled “Invoice and Packing Slip Design”

You are now able to change your logo and  address.

As always, “Save” and then clear your cache.
